Deleting User Manager / email accounts manually

After saturated disc I deleted some old account mails with file manager "Home/mail/$domain" now I can't remove some account mails and user manager. Trying to delete them gives the error message: Error: You do not have an email account named "username@domain.com". Where else could I look to remove these mail accounts? Thk

  Hello, Manually deleting that directory is unsupported and will lead to the issue you described. You should manually create the directories that you removed, and then run the following command to see if it helps:
  /scripts/mailperm $username

  Thk a lot work like a charm. no need to run any command (dont have access to SSH)
