cPanel Transfers failing to complete

    Hello, It's possible this method of transfer can fail, depending on how the source server is configured. If you do not have root access to the source server, then try generating a backup for the account through cPanel on the source server using "cPanel >> Backup Wizard". You can then manually restore the account on the destination server after moving the archive to the /home directory with a command such as:
    /scripts/restorepkg /home/cpmove-$username.tar.gz
