    check with your provider or your firewall that the port 25 is open

    Hi, Connection timed out issues occur when they are not able to connect to the remote host properly. You have to check if port 25 is properly enabled on your server and also try to check if the remote server port is responding or not.. # telnet 25 # telnet 74.125.132.27 25 # ping 74.125.132.27 Try to execute above commands on your server.. Also check your server resolver settings.

If you want, we can open the ports for your account earlier, but if we receive spam abuse report, your account will be suspended.
