Can't receive email from a specific sender
Since I didn't received email notifications from a specified website for a quite long time, so I login to WHM and check for the mail delivery reports, it show that the mail was rejected by cpanel and get this error message.
The recipient and sender domain name was hide due to privacy concern.
How to solve this problem and add the specified sender to my email receiving white list? As I've no problem to received email from other sender, just few specified sender email was blocked by cpanel and never come in. appreciate if someone can help me to solve the problem....

as you can see from that log, that sender verification is failed, it can be that you have selected option to verify the sender that exists on remote server, if it doesn't exist it will fail - great way to fight with SPAM! One way you will be able accept such email, simply disable any verification and you do get tons of SPAM0 -

Hello, You can whitelist their mail server's IP address using the following option under the "Access Hosts" tab in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Basic Editor": Sender verification bypass IP addresses Thank you.0
