Problem with AutoSSL on new account

Hi! I just created a new account on our server running cPanel v68.0.12. Everything was Ok except that I can not get AutoSSL to work. When running the autossl_check command I get the following output: The domain "mynewdomain.se" failed domain control validation: You do not have a document root for the domain "mynewdomain.se".
