Reseller account - access diskusage

VPS : CENTOS 6.9 kvm [server7] v66.0.30 Hi, I am facing a problem that I assigned one reseller 10GB of diskspace 100 GB of bandwidth overselling allowed. I am noticing that currently he is consuming 17+ GB and going on, But stil there existing accounts working properly. why whm is blocking due to excess disk space usage. check snap and suggest pls.. Thanks,

  Hello, This is by design. The limitation won't disable existing accounts or suspend the entire reseller, but rather it prevents the creation of new accounts: Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

  Hi cPanelMichael, My Question : when a single domain account exceed it limit, like 1GB Assigning and if he will cross 1 GB, there email start stucking, on webmail overquota warning start appearing. So why not in case of reseller account overusage.. Thanks, Mehmood

  You'd need to limit the reseller account by resource usage without enabling overselling. This would restrict the total quotas from all accounts under the resellers from exceeding the overall reseller quota limit.
