Account copy error: Unable to copy home directory

Please I need a way out of this problem please ...

  Hi, It appears to be an issue with the account packaging done. Can you check if you are able to manually do the packaging of the account using the below command: # /scripts/pkgacct Check if that has any error..

  Hello, Are you using "WHM >> Transfer Tool" or "WHM >> Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password"? Also, which versions of cPanel are installed on each server? Thank you.
