Migration to new server

Hello, it's not clear for me (and I'm a little bit confused) how to migrate my server to a new physical machine. I have found two articels about that: "How to move all cPanel accounts from one server to another" in the KB and "Transfer Tool" in the Documentation. I have one server with IPs, lets say 192.168.0.10, 192.168.0.11, 192.168.0.12 this server is on CloudLinux 6.9 and WHM v68 with DNS and some ssl-certs and a new one with 10.10.10.100, 10.10.10.101, 10.10.10.102 (nothing installed yet) Now I want to move the complete server and left the old one with his IPs. Should I install Cloudlinux and WHM on it, and move everything described in the
