No icons in FancyIndexing

On a newer server v68.0.12 / Apache 2.4, we have enabled FancyIndexing via the autoindex module. We aren't able to see the icons (see picture) The error_log gives us a clue: Caught race condition abuser. attacker: 1001, victim: 0 open file owner: 0, open file: /usr/share/apache2/icons/folder.gif, Is there a workaround when using symlink protection?

  Hello, That's a known limitation of the symlink race condition patch.
