Initiation failed ssl error

While registering the channel id in Angular RTcomm. The error given below popped up. Init failed:RtcommError: useSSL is enabled, but failure occurred connecting to server. Check server certificate by going to: - Removed - We checked to find that SSL certificate is active, enabled. So at loss to understand as why this error is displayed.

  Hello, Are you able to reproduce this issue across multiple web browsers? If so, feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and rule out any issues with cPanel & WHM. Thank you.

  Your response, thanks.Regret for delay. Though we were anxiously waiting for reply from you. We stopped checking after not getting any response during initial days after raising the ticket. Anway we now look forward to have this issue resolved. As desired, we have raised a ticket at Cpanel Customer Portal vide number:9079281 dated 02/11/2017. Sure you will take the process forward. Await.
