The system stopped waiting to connect Transfer error

Hello, sorry if this wrong section for my post. I am trying to transfer my website via transfer tool. I have disabled the firewall. when i click on fetch account after some second, i am getting following error "(XID vvw6vt) The system stopped waiting to connect to "my old ip" on port "22" after 15 seconds." any solution? Thanks in advance.

  Hello, Is SSH running on port 22 on the source server? If so, are any firewall rules or "WHM >> Host Access Control" rules configured on the source server that could blocking access from the destination server's IP address? A good way to test this is to manually access SSH from the destination server's command prompt. EX:
  ssh root@source-server-ip
