Default contact email

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but I will try. When a customer put an order through in my WHMCS it creates an account in WHM with the cPanel module in WHMCS but with the same email they are signed up within WHMCS. I just want the Contact Email to be mine ideally or notifications to be automatically turned off for that account when it is created. Customers are getting WHM "account created" or deleted emails and it confuses them because they just have WordPress access. I have root access to my VPS so any help is appreciated.

  I found that these emails were coming from Softaculous mainly but I still need to find out how to create an account with just my email.
