cPanel & WHM update failure in upcp script

I am getting lot of email from cPanel & WHM update failure in upcp script. The cPanel & WHM update process failed for the following reason: Maintenance ended; however, it did not exit cleanly (256). Review the update logs to determine why the update failed.

    Hello, Can you verify if the cPanel update continues to fail? If so, try rebuilding the RPM database to see if that helps: "WHM Home " Software " Rebuild RPM Database" Thank you.

    OK I do run Rebuild RPM Database and Wait for cPanel update fail email.
