Creating an email account error

When creating an email account on cPanel, i put all the correct fields in and once i click create account this error - Error: No specific error was returned with the failed API call. occurs Any fix? Thanks Jerry

  Dear Jerry, Please contact with your hosting provider to solve it. Might be something happening at server side.

  Hello, You will need to report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can review the cPanel error log to see what's happening. Thank you.
