Hi, today i got a 500 error for a web page without any references in user's error_log or apache's error_log.

Hello, Are you still receiving the error code when accessing the website? Are you sure the domain name resolves to the cPanel server? Thank you.

Hi, yes. When accessing url/test.html my test html is displayed. The website is a wordpress site, is there a way for the errors to been disabled by someone/plugin, even for 500 errors?

Generally, the 500 error code should produce output in the Apache error log. Are you using PHP-FPM? If so, check the global PHP-FPM error log at: /opt/cpanel/ea-php$$/root/usr/var/log/php-fpm/error.log You'd replace "ea-php$$" with a specific version of PHP (e.g. ea-php70). Thank you.
