    Hello, Yes, the individual emails are stored in the following directories for the default email account should you want to manually remove them: /home/$username/mail/new /home/$username/mail/cur That said, you should still see the default account listed in "cPanel >> Email Disk Usage". Are you sure you have used this option? It's only been included since cPanel version 64. Thank you.

    I have this problem .. but I do not place the files .. ready the directories / cur and / new and there is nothing .. I see them by ssh and they do not appear to me .. but from cpanel the occupied space appears but I can not see the files

    Hello, Is this for the default email account, or an individual email account that you created? What's the specific path you are checking? Thank you.
