I need to delete folder for 'unrouted' emails
Hi!
We have just found out that we have 1.1GB worth of 'unrouted emails' (likely to be spam) and we need to delete it - can anyony please inform us where we can find it as we are struggling to locate it!

Hello, Yes, the individual emails are stored in the following directories for the default email account should you want to manually remove them: /home/$username/mail/new /home/$username/mail/cur That said, you should still see the default account listed in "cPanel >> Email Disk Usage". Are you sure you have used this option? It's only been included since cPanel version 64. Thank you. 0 -
I have this problem .. but I do not place the files .. ready the directories / cur and / new and there is nothing .. I see them by ssh and they do not appear to me .. but from cpanel the occupied space appears but I can not see the files 0 -
