Issues saving copy when send email from Outlook

Hi, When our clients sending email from Outlook and have configure make copy on server this not work, the email is sending but the copy is"t present on folder "Sent". We have testing various config to make this but is"t not possible.

  have you tried IMAP option on client device? As normally only the IMAP will have a copy on server as for POP protocol will store copy on client device!

  Hi, Yes, I try with IMAP protocol and nothing. This issue is present when cPanel update to 68.0.16, same issue on different server.

  Hello, Can you verify if this is happening across multiple email clients (e.g. Thunderbird, Webmail), or if it's isolated to Outlook? Thank you.

  Hi, I try with Thunderbird/Opera Mail/Outlook, same result, don't copy make email send on server. Via Webmail is the only way that saving copy on server. Config: Username: user@server.ext Password: Use the email account"s password. Incoming Server: server.ext [LIST]

  POP3 Port: 995 Outgoing Server: server.ext [LIST]

  SMTP Port: 465

  That's POP3, not IMAP. Imap over SSL is port 993. Thank you.
