Backup & Transfer problem

Hello! I hve a major problem with a VPS linux server. a) It has stop a long time ago to send backups in remote FTP b) I am anable to transfer accounts in new server with message The archive appears to be empty." Thanks in advance

  Hello, Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log or in the backup logs within the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ directory regarding the transfer of the backup archives to the remote destination or any error messages in general? Thank you.
