Problem with AutoSSL on WHM Domain has failed domain control validation

Hello all, i have the following error when im checking AutoSSL Logs (WHM) :
8:54:53 AM The website "example.com", owned by "example", has no SSL certificate. AutoSSL will attempt to obtain a new certificate and install it. 8:54:53 AM WARN The domain "example.com" failed domain control validation: The system queried for a temporary file at "http://example.com/.well-known/pki-validation/408671E3AD378AA552ECCD258679F85B.txt", but the web server responded with the following error: 403 (Forbidden). A DNS (Domain Name System) or web server misconfiguration may exist.
I transferred the website from a sharehosting to a vps. It is an opencart site ver 2.3.2

  Hello, It looks like access to the DCV file was blocked. Could you let us know the contents of the .htaccess file in the account's public_html directory? Ensure to replace any real domain names or IP addresses with examples. Thank you.

  Yes, i was blocked by htaccess . Thank you Michael.
