You would need to install an iteration of phpMyAdmin into the domain you want to access. You can find a tutorial HERE but I have no idea if it is still a valid method - it is probably unsupported by cPanel ! phpMyAdmin is also available from Softaculous if you have it installed which will give you an easier installation procedure.

If you install a second copy of phpMyAdmin, be sure to password protect it.
