userdir works but domain name doesn't

Hi, I've installed the latest version of cPanel / WHM and CLOUDLINUX 7.4 and the installation appeared to go through fine without any errors. I then configured a new domain name to point to my nameservers. When I ping the new domain name it successfully resolves to the IP address of the host that cPanel is running on. If I browse to it using mycpanelhost.com/~mydomainname I get my test page. However, if I browse to mydomainname.com I get a blank page. mycpanelhost.com and mydomainname.com both resolve to the same IP address. I've probably misconfigured something but can't get my head around what it is. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

  Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I walked through clearing my DNS cache as per the guide but I'm still having the same issue. I've done a bit of digging and from what I can see it doesn't appear to be an issue with cPanel itself. I can oddly access the site if I switch WiFi connections on the same computer. So WiFi 1 doesn't work but WiFi 2 does. I can ping mydomainname.com from both WiFi 1 & 2 and it resolves the correct IP address. If I look at the Apache logs in /var/log/apache2/access_log and the vHost domain logs in /home/mydomainname/access-logs/mydomainname.com I spot a peculiarity. When accessing mydomainname.com from WiFi 1 a log entry appears in Apache log but the HTTP referer is missing. No log entry appears in the domain log. However, if I then switch over to WiFi 2 and access mydomainname.com, a log entry appears in vHost domain logs and an HTTP header is present. No log entry appears in the Apache logs. Something is happening to the headed from what I can tell, though it's a little beyond me at this stage exactly what. I appreciate it doesn't appear to be a cPanel issue but if you or anyone else has any ideas on what it could be I'd appreciate the help. Many thanks

  Hello, You may want to reach out to your ISP to report the issue so they can take a closer look and verify the traffic isn't filtered from their side. Thank you.
