Is it possible to run make apache listen on loopback 127.0.0.1?

so I wanted to make apache listen on 127.0.0.1:82 and make nginx as reverse proxy but I faced some problems with it and stumbled upon this on github.com/engintron/engintron/issues/598 " Apache, as set by cPanel does not listen to 127.0.0.1, but only on specific IP addresses. In other words, you can't do what you want " so can someone confirm this? Thanks.

  Hi, You can do this via tweak settings section : WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings --> [ Apache non-SSL IP/port ]

  yup I tried that and unfortunately the proxy didn't work afterword.
