cPanel failing to update daily

sorry if this is in the wrong area but can anyone help with this whm/cpanel daily update fails on this reason [2017-11-26 13:46:28 +0000] E [/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/migrate_local_ini_to_php_ini] The "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/migrate_local_ini_to_php_ini" command (process 12773) reported error number 255 when it ended. thanks in advance
