Document root for primary domain is in /var/www/html

Hi, It seems like one of our customers' primary domain is set to have document root in /var/www/html. I've checked and made sure that the path is configured correctly in /var/cpanel/userdata/USERNAME/domain.com. What could the issue be?

  This thread might help: Converted to EA4 now documentroot is /var/www/html

  I thought so to, but it doesn't seem like it. We haven't converted to EA4 (as we have used EA4 on that server since it was setup). I've tried rebuilding the httpd.conf file.
