  Hello, Did you manually install a minimal instance of CentOS 7 on this server, or was CentOS automatically provisioned by your provider or with an OS image offered by your provider? Thank you.

  Hello, We recommend that you use the minimal installer for CentOS, especially if you choose to install CentOS 7. Could you try that and then let us know if the cPanel installation proceeds well?
