Ruby and Bundler

Hi, Wondering if someone can help me with this, I have a few ruby apps that I am looking at migrating to cPanel servers. I've followed the instructions here: Application Manager - Version 66 Documentation - cPanel Documentation To add ea-ruby24-mod_passenger, and enable the Application Manager in WHM. In cpanel I have added an application under application manager and uploaded the ruby application to the directory. However the application doesn't run. I can't appear to run bundle install from the console or even get a ruby version as the commands ruby, rails, gem, and bundle are not found. Full error message can be found here: [removed] The app runs locally and also on a ubuntu server running nginx and passenger. Can someone point me in the right direction am I going about this the right way or have I gone astray somewhere? Thanks,
