High Server Load & Nobody Process

Hi, Please help me. my server is experiencing Heavy Server load and many nobody process. How to fix this issues? Thanks

  Apache (Your web server daemon) runs under the user 'nobody' so the processes that you are seeing are your web server serving website pages.
