  HI @Andre Bastos What version of cPanel are you using? There was a case that included this issue CPANEL-20670 but it is fixed in v72 of cPanel whic at this time is in RELEASE. If you're not running this version I would suggest updating then let us know if the issue is still present. If it is still present please open a ticket with us using the link in my signature. Once you open the ticket please add the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the outcome. Thanks!
