Update Intermediate CA files

Hi. I've been told I need to update the Intermediate CA files on my server. How do I do that? I have searched these forums and can't find my specific problem. Apparently this is due to Symantec selling their SSL business.

  Hello, Is this for individual SSL certificates on specific domain names? If so, you'd simply reinstall the certificate with the updated CA using "WHM >> Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain". Thank you.

  As far as I understand it, the intermediate CA files sort of invalidate all certificates generated below it. Not that I'm an expert, but it's a tree right? So if the cert above the LE certs are bad (or rather, considered bad by browsers after the Symantec debacle,) they will all throw errors (in browsers) even if the server itself deems the cert valid. So no, it's not one specific cert. In fact, I just did a check on all customers and all came back OK.

  Here's one story on the matter, which even mentions Comodo AutoSSL and cPanel, all in one sentence: We still need more proof that the DV SSL Visual Indicator is too strong?

  Hi. I have now submitted a support ticket. Note: I wrote a bunch of info in the field for Description of the problem, but for some reason the connection to the server failed and I had to refresh the browser, and all that text was gone. I was not up for re-writing it again... I referenced this thread though so it should be fine I think.
