Unable to run upcp

Hi, While running upcp getting below error. [2017-11-29 09:18:15 -0600] 17% complete [2017-11-29 09:18:15 -0600] E Running `/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updatenow --upcp --log=/var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1511968692.log --force` failed, exited with code 2 (signal = 0) [2017-11-29 09:18:15 -0600] E Failed to send contact message [2017-11-29 09:18:15 -0600] Couldn't run try-later; maybe atd isn't working?

  Hi Michael, My WHM is not working .Any other way to open the ticket other than from WHM? We are also unable to get cpanel tag as well. /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S -bash: /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel: No such file or directory Please help. Thanks
