E-mails goes to spam

HI This is my issue with my email issues my domain is for example.com and email is hosted in Google suite and using Google mx records in domain registar example is hosted in another provider with change in A records in domain registar and cPanel is created and website is online when some one book in the website email goes to spam and when email is sent from webmail it goes to spam as well and DKIM and SPF authentication issue how to solve it ? Thank you
