Expired Header 1984?

hello, I really need help for my header responds all my sites using wordpress have Expires ?Wed, 11 Jan 1984 05:00:00 GMT I was done enable mod_headers on apache and set htaccess ExpiresActive On ExpiresByType image/jpg "access plus 1 year" ExpiresByType image/jpeg "access plus 1 year" ExpiresByType image/gif "access plus 1 year" ExpiresByType image/png "access plus 1 year" ExpiresByType text/css "access plus 1 month" ExpiresByType application/pdf "access plus 1 month" ExpiresByType text/x-javascript "access plus 1 month" ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash "access plus 1 month" ExpiresByType image/x-icon "access plus 1 year" ExpiresDefault "access plus 2 days" I change many many time but still not affected. I was use cloudflare as my name server, I was done clear cache on cloudflare and set to development mode on cloudflare, but still my header Expires ?Wed, 11 Jan 1984 05:00:00 GMT and all my user acount get same issue. I have access control for root administrator. I really need help for this
