I believe that this is a script used as part of the Mailman maintenance. See this page for a list of available commands and more information: Mailman FAQ - Version 68 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Vijai, It may be the problem with your mailman permissions and it has not finished. Use following command to auto check all mailman permission. /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/check_perms or use a command to fix mailman issue /scripts/fixmailman

I think the script has been modified. Here is the output /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/check_perms Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/check_perms", line 46, in from Mailman import mm_cfg File "/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py", line 49, in from Defaults import * File "/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/Mailman/Defaults.py", line 36 True, False ^ IndentationError: expected an indented block

The issue is resolved. The Customer representative removed mailman using
    rpm -e --nodeps cpanel-mailman
and then installed mailman again using
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix --targets=mailman

Hello, Do you know if the /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/Mailman/Defaults.py file on your system was manually modified in the past, or if any Mailman configuration changes in general were made on the affected system? Thank you.
