Enable insert srv record on the cPanel account?

How to Enable to insert srv record in the cpanel customer? is this possible ? i can't see srv record on my cpanel account as attachment.

  Hello, You can browse to "cPanel >> Zone Editor", click on "Add Record", and then click "Add SRV Record". Note you must have "Advanced Zone Editor" enabled as a feature for the feature list associated with the account in "WHM >> Feature Manager". Thank you.
