Is Jailshell activated in cronjob even without mod_ruid2?

Hello, Even if I do not have Mod_Ruid2 enabled, and this option is not available to me, will cronjob work with jailshell? Note: In Manage Shell Access the shell is disabled for all users.

  Hello, Cron jobs use jailshell automatically unless normal shell access is granted to the account. Thank you.
