cPanel for local environment

Dears, We need a cPanel for our local development needs, as far I know, public IP is required for verification. But we have limited public IPs, so can we just use Public IP for initial verification only? Once verification is done, we can remove the public IP, we will be using NAT mode in network config, Public IP will be pointed to local IP temporary

  Hello, The license verification process will need to occur beyond the initial setup process, so I don't believe that's something we can support. That said, all license-related questions should be directed to our Customer Service Department (cs@cpanel.net).
