Restart takes long Time

We have one issue from Server reboot. I do Restart my sever from WHM control but reboot takes long time. When I reboot the server it takes 10/15 minutes to boot up again which too long. How long does Graceful reboot take and how can I solve this? Also we have asked to hosting provider and get response. Thank you for your patience. Thew long boot times are caused by WHM's securetmp feature. If you have any questions or need help, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  Hello, I'm not aware of any existing issues with the securetmp script leading to longer boot times. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at this system? Thank you.
