Add a cgi script on the server's virtual host?

Hi, I want to add a cgi script on the server's virtual host (not on account/domain) but there is no scriptalias for /var/www/cgi-bin. Is there a setting somewhere or I have to edit httpd.conf manually ? thanks

  Found it Put the cgi script at /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/
