Problem creating email account

I got this message "Error: No specific error was returned with the failed API cal", when creating new mail with my primary domain. unfortunately, I deleted some files from file manager. can you please tell me which files i missed in file manager.

  Hello, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance with restoring the files you deleted, as it will require adjustments to the ownership and permission values as well (e.g. root access is required to run the /scripts/mailperm command).
