Migrating email to new server

I had a reseller account on my previous host but have now purchased a VPS. Is it possible to migrate IMAP email accounts over to my VPS without having root access to the previous server?

  Hello, You could transfer the entire cPanel accounts, email included, using "WHM >> Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password".
