This issue isn't resolved. It happened today on an account transfer for me. The main .htaccess file in the public_html directory was not transferred to the new server. I think this only happens when "express transfer" is chosen. If the file is modified on the source server in order to redirect requests to the target server, it might be that the file doesn't get copied - but in such a case you'd expect the transfer process to make a copy / rename of the file before making changes and transfer that one over to the new server. Issue definitely still happening.

Hi @4u123, I'd like to reproduce this on a test environment. Can you verify which versions of cPanel were installed on the source and destination servers when you encountered this issue? Is port 2087 blocked/restricted by IP address on the source server? Thank you.
