Apache Raw Access log empty .gz file
Hello,
We are encountering a problem on a server. If we access any account on the server and we try to download the Raw Access logs from the "Download Current Raw Access Logs" section, all we get is an empty .gz file.
The error message from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log is the following:
gzip: /etc/apache2/logs/domlogs/mydomain.com-ssl_log: Permission denied
This happens to both SSL and non-SSL logs.
Does anyone have any recommendations to get this fixed? Let me know if you need any other info.
Thank you.

Hello, There a few potential causes to this issue (e.g. custom Apache templates, third-party software). Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look to see what's happening? Thank you. 0 -

Hello, To update, this was the result of a custom ACL set on the /etc/apache2/logs directory. Reverting to the default ACL solved the issue. Thank you. 0
