cPanel Update hangs while plugin updates

Hello, everytime i make an update to the latest stable version the update process hangs arround 20 minutes at this task: [2017-12-06 23:32:31 +0100] [54452] Xtra Ultimate installed... you may now access Xtra via WHM Plugins section. [2017-12-06 23:32:31 +0100] [54452] Remember to enable ioncube as the php loader in WHM under Tweak Settings >> PHP. [2017-12-06 23:54:34 +0100] ==> Post Install Complete [2017-12-06 23:54:34 +0100] 55% complete then it runs again very fast until the end... Is this a whmxtra Plugin problem or a normal behavior of the installation? thank you.

  Hello, You can use the manage hooks utility to see if the plugin is performing any specific actions pre/post stage during the cPanel update process:
