Reject emails with attachments

I want to reject all emails with zip attachments under 5mb. I've tried looking at the documentation but I'm not sure how to create this type of rule. How to Customize the Exim System Filter File - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

  Hello, You'd need to develop a separate custom Exim filter rule that checks both the message size and to see if the attachment is in the zip format. We don't offer support for developing custom Exim filter rules, but Exim documents how to set them up at: 3. Exim filter files Thank you.
