Hello, Can you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system? Also, is this new behavior (e.g. did this use to work different in the past)? Thank you.

Hello Michael, Thank you for your interest. Version is 68.0.19. I just started to used it a few weeks ago : so, I can't say if it was different in the past, it always did that since I tried). Please notice that I can't update the version as it's provided by my internet provider... Thank you,

Hello, As I understand, it's up to the email client to handle those characters. For instance, with Thunderbird, you could follow the instructions on the following third-party URL and it should then properly handle the syntax: wrong characters in mail | Thunderbird Support Forum | Mozilla Support Thank you.

...thank you, but... I receive hundreds of mails per week, from multi sources and different servers, and those from BoxTrapper are the only ones with this problem. In addition, the mail are wrong on different clients : I told you thunderbird, but also webmail clients like roundcube. In addition addition, "subject" if ok while "body" isn't : perhaps the way to send the mail is different between the two parts ? Thank you for any other idea.

Hello, I was unable to reproduce the issue in Roundcube. The BoxTrapper verification email correctly displayed the accent characters (e.g. ", ", "). If possible, we'd like to take a closer look at the affected system. Do you have root access to this system? If not, could you ask your hosting provider to open a support ticket with us via the link in my signature so we can investigate this further? Thank you.
