Can't Login to WebHost Manager

I have install cpanel on my vps. And my ip was statics. After i install i try to open it to my ip but my ip says try again. It not open. I was use this format for open cpanel interface myip:2087 Please can tell me why cpanel is not open? After install cpanel in my server i need to do anything for cpanel?

  Hi, If you are using this for the first time, I will suggest you put in the complete address with protocol. For example: https://:2087 Make sure you replace IP address properly keeping the "https://" as it is.

  Hello, If you have pointed the hostname then you can also use hostthename.
