Remove spam check when using external spam filtering?

Hi Some of our customers use external spam filtering services for their email accounts. After migrating some of these customers to our new WHM/cPanel infrastructure, we have started to get reports of all incoming email being prefixed with "***SPAM***". To fix the issue, we tried to whitelist the IP-addresses of the spam filtering services SMTP servers, in the Apache SpamAsassin configuration for an affected cPanel account. How can we make it so that when using a spam filtering service, then the email is not spam checked in cPanel or at least the "***SPAM***" is not added?

  Hello, You could add the IP addresses of the spam filtering SMTP servers to the "Trusted SMTP IP addresses" option under the "Access Lists" tab in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Basic Editor". Per it's description: IP addresses exempt from all SMTP sender, recipient, spam, and relaying checks. IP addresses you enter here are stored in /etc/skipsmtpcheckhosts. These senders must still use an RFC-compliant HELO name if the Require RFC-compliant HELO setting is enabled. Thank you.
