Install Letsencrypt SSL on webmail domain issue

can anyone help me with install Letsencrypt SSL on domain webmail.example.com on cpanel? i have tried but still direct to Selfsigned SSL .. Thanks

  Hello, Do you have AutoSSL enabled for the account in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL"? If so, an attempt to include the proxy subdomains (e.g. cpanel, whm, webmail) as part of the certificate should occur automatically. You can check the "Logs" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL" to see why a certificate was not issued for a specific account. Thank you.
