    Hello, To update, it looks like the culprit in this case was the configuration of an End-Of-Life theme as the default theme configured in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Basic WebHost Manager" Setup". The solution is to ensure the default theme is configured to Paper Lantern or a theme that was forked from Paper Lantern. Thank you.
